Luressa Heidelberg

author of Breaking Silence

Luressa Heidelberg, born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has been writing for over half of her life and has authored hundreds of works drawn from two primary inspirational sources.  The first she considers the ultimate which evolves from her relationship with the Creator and her dynamic God-consciousness: this relationship gives credence to and is in the midst of everything in her life.  The other is a blend of life experiences, heritage and history and personal aspirations all of which leaves and have left an indelible mark on her heart and within her soul.  It is this rich source of realism that is intricately and ubiquitously woven into the fabric of these expressions of soul.

Luressa is a graduate of Eastern University with a B.A. in Organizational Management and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Health Administration.  Her professional career includes Nursing and more than two decades of specialized experience in the Quality, Compliance, Human Service, and Health Care Industries.  She is the mother of three sons and resides in Hampton, Virginia with her husband Andrew.
